  • Security is one of our top priorities and will constantly develop as we do too. All data across the platform—including vet details, owner information, pet records, triage cases, and practice data—is fully encrypted. This means even we can’t read it.

    Only registered vets from onboarded practices can log in, and the system immediately verifies credentials before granting access. If you're not a registered vet at an approved practice, you can't see anything. This ensures that patient data stays private, protected, and only available to those who need it.

  • First of all, our AI triage tools are designed to support you through the early consultation process—not as a replacement for diagnosis. It helps you prioritise cases based on urgency and deliver structured pre-visit guidelines to pet owners.

    Pet owners submit cases through their app with text, images, or videos, which is then analysed by AI in a way that aligns with your approach. You’ll then receive a structured report on each submission that goes into your case queue.
